Cancellation and refund policy

What you pay

The price shown beside the option you choose is the whole amount, and it is paid online when you book. There is nothing to pay the professional at the door.

Options marked "Price on request" are quoted before any payment is taken. Nothing is charged until you have the price and agree to it.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Tell us at least four hours before your slot and we will move it at no cost, as many times as you need.

Cancel at least four hours before the slot and you are refunded in full.

Cancel inside four hours, or if nobody is at the address when the professional arrives, and we keep a cancellation charge of 25% of the booking — by that point the slot is blocked and the trip has been made. The rest is refunded.

If we cancel

If we cannot make your slot for any reason, you get the full amount back and the first slot you want afterwards. That applies however late the cancellation is.

If the work is not right

Tell the professional before they leave, or call us the same day, and we will return and do it again at no extra cost.

If you would rather not have it redone, we will refund what you paid for that service in full.

How refunds reach you

Refunds go back through Razorpay to the account or UPI ID that paid. We start them within 2 working days of agreeing a refund; banks usually take a further 5 to 7 working days to show it.
